At the Junction Eye Center, our team serves to help you take care of one of your most precious resources: your sight. We strive to provide our community with the latest in comprehensive eye care, state-of-the-art ophthalmic technology, and a family friendly atmosphere for your eye care needs. Our optometrists are trained to detect and treat a variety of eye diseases and will be your walk you throughout the process. We’ll make sure you fully understand your vision and eye conditions as well as any treatment options that may be prescribed.
Dr. Dean Barcelow, a Royalton native, has been practicing at EyeCare for You since his graduation from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2009. Dr. Dean graduated in 2005 from Union College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition to his major, Dr. Dean also completed a pre-med track in anticipation of entering the field of Optometry. While attending the Pennsylvania College of Optometry he completed both his Doctor of Optometry degree as well as an additional Bachelors of Science in Visual Sciences.
Dr. Rebecca “Becky” Barcelow, a Royalton native, graduated with a degree in Biochemistry from Union College in Lincoln, NE in 2006. She graduated with her doctorate in optometry from New England College of Optometry in 2012.
Dr. Becky has a special interest in pediatric patients and enjoys working with children and their parents to improve visual ability. Dr. Becky’s expertise also includes primary eye-care, binocular vision, contact lenses and ocular disease management including glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease.
Dr. Ikonomov is passionate about primary eye care, and is particularly proficient in the treatment, management, and co-management of various ocular diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. He also has a special interest in using specialty contact lenses in the management of various corneal conditions.
When he’s not at the office, Dr. Ikonomov enjoys lifting weights and participating in amateur strongman competitions, long drives through the mountains with his partner, and petting any cat he sees.
Dr. Hawryluk has a special interest in working with pediatric patients and patients with special needs to help them achieve their maximum visual potential. Dr. Hawryluk is also proficient in primary eye care, contact lenses, and ocular disease management.
Dr. Hawryluk loves to stay active and outdoors by going hiking or skiing, but in inclement weather she enjoys cooking with her partner or crocheting on the couch with a good TV show on.
